The original plan for the house was done in 2017 and was approved by the city to be built. The client Mr. Jafari wanted to modernize the house and maximize both interior and exterior space by adding annex and lounge and an extra bedroom upstairs. The home is very minimal with one sustainable long lasting material (Metal Cladding Panels Marseille) from Architextures. The layout suits the client's family lifestyle and works well with exterior circulation.
